How we list and review agencies

We want this directory to be genuinely useful, so the rules are simple and strict.

What we do

• Real agencies, public data. Profiles use publicly available information such as location, network and stated specialisms.
• No invented ratings. A rating appears only when there is a real, citable source. Until then a profile reads “not yet rated here.”
• Verified reviews only. User reviews are moderated and must be genuine before they are published.
• Recommended is disclosed. Owned or paid placements are clearly marked “Recommended” and disclosed as ours, never passed off as independent editorial. Currently the only Recommended listing is AlmostZero, which we own.
• Neutral ordering. Category lists show the Recommended listing first, then alphabetical order. We do not sort by scores we cannot back up.

What we never do

• Invent reviews, ratings or testimonials.
• Assign a competitor an unfair score to make a recommended listing look better.
• Hide our connection to any listed agency. See our ownership disclosure.
